Ensuring, free of charge, an accommodation service and washing facilities for people who have no lodging as well as provision of a day centre and social accommodation service. The Day Centre is open every day 8-17, phone: 736 1523.

In the case of the social accommodation service an inhabitant of the City of Tartu who has no housing is provided with the use of a bed in a twin-bedded room and is supported with necessary support services.
