This department coordinates the use of municipal property. Three services operate within the department.
The Construction Service plans investments for the city’s buildings and facilities, assesses renovation needs and organises the renovation of municipal buildings and apartments.
The Accommodation Space Service takes care of the management of city-owned dwelling and accommodation spaces.
The Public Property Managing Service manages rents and grants free use of non-residential spaces owned by the city.
