23 April / The Tartu City Government, in cooperation with Tartu University Hospital, is organising outdoor training sessions for adults.

Outdoor training sessions will take place every Monday, from April thru October, with the first training set to take place on 23 April. The training sessions will take place from 18.30 – 20.00 at the outdoor gymnasium square located on the shore of the Anne Channel. During this period a physiotherapist will be present, who will be providing instruction on how to use training equipment based on the wishes and needs of participants, helping to adjust the performance of exercises, and providing advice on putting together a training schedule. The training session will be comprised of warm up, main training and relaxation.

Both beginners and those who are more advanced are invited to take part in the outdoor training sessions. Suitable exercises and a proper training load will be found for all participants.
The training sessions will take place until 15 October.

In the case of extremely poor weather (heavy rain and thunderstorms) the training session will be cancelled, with an announcement being made on the City of Tartu's homepage and Tartu’s Facebook page.
Training sessions are free for participants.
