1 June / The City of Tartu resumes free outdoor training for adults. Training sessions take place on Mondays from 18.30 to 20.00 at the outdoor gym by the Anne Canal.

Awaited at the outdoor training sessions are beginners, who need advice on how to start training, and advanced users, who want to try outdoor training in addition to the opportunities offered inside a gym. Exercises that meet the ability levels of participants, while also offering a suitable training load, will be found for everyone. Participants will be dispersed in accordance with applicable restrictions.

Outdoor training sessions will take place every Monday, until 27 September. Every Monday, from 18.30 to 20.00, a physiotherapist from OÜ FysioCentrum will be present at the outdoor gym by the Anne Canal to instruct participants, based on their wishes and needs, on how to use training equipment, while also helping them to make adjustments to their performance of exercises and providing advice on putting together a training plan. The training session includes warm-up, basic training and relaxation.

You do not have to register for the trainings in advance, and anyone interested can join the trainings on an ongoing basis. In case of very severe weather conditions, the training session will be cancelled, with an announcement being made on the website of the City of Tartu and on its Facebook page. Depending on the number of participants and the applicable restrictions, participants will be scattered across the training ground.

Training is free for participants. With the financial support of the City of Tartu, the trainings are being conducted by the team from OÜ FysioCentrum.
