VIDEO: The smart city district is buzzing with renovation works
20 September / The City of Tartu is participating in the large-scale international project SmartEnCity, the goal of which is to transform the centre of Tartu into a smart city district.
21 apartment buildings will be renovated into zero-energy buildings. In summer 2018, around half of the buildings started renovating.
